What a Crazy race !
I have never seen any Formula 1 race packed with so many incidents as the European Gran Prix yesterday, I cant remember the last time when they red flagged a race due to the impossible driving conditions with all the rain, even the teams had to pull out the manuals and rules and remind themselves what happens when the race is red flagged and abandoned.
Although I never laughed so much when 7 cars one after the other was aquaplaning into the gravel trap and basically parking there cars, it looked like they had no idea how to drive cars as they went sliding off one after the other , but at the end of the day Ferrari and Kimi were once again unlucky and did not finish the race even thou Kimi brought his 80 year old Grand mother for good luck as he has always had bad luck at this track over the years, but that did not seem to help either !
I don't get this Kimi character sometimes, all the racing drivers bring there super model wife's and girlfriends, but Kim
brings his grand mother along
. So it looks like maclaren will get this championship after all unless they too start having some bad luck, but to gain 27 points might be a bit of a long shot for Ferrari now !
Rugby World Cup in the City of " LOVE " - Paris
Oi oi - what's that going on in the scrum there ref?
Kimi puts his drinking problem behind him
Was at the Formula 1 in silverstone this weekend, and although the traffic was terrible, it was still good to see Ferrari put another one over the Mclaren's and spoil the Hamilton mania at Silverstone, I was glad to see Hamilton get pole position and see the crowd erupt and cheer, it sounded like a football match , but looks like Kimi just wants to win and get his hands on the champagne afterwards ! :), it's something I deserved after spending 11 hours in the car driving to Silverstone over the weekend, they really need to sort out the traffic problem, it never happens in any European F1........See some pics here
Working hard on a Friday : )
Nothing better than watching the Wimbledon tennis and keeping an eye on the Formula 1 Practice times at Silverstone during work : )

Turkey - Fethiye beach - September 2006
OK... I never know how to rate one country against another but Turkey is definitely a winner for me !, We hired a Jeep and decided to go to Turkey and do a road trip along the coast for 10 days, but our first stop in Fethiye proved to be our last and we never moved from there, a nice chilled out place with massive mountains surrounding the beech, while we were there there was a Red Bull Paragliding competition, so that kept us well entertained during the day. There are loads of activities to do there, from Paragliding, Quad biking to mention a few.I think the highlight of the Holiday was that I never had to once shave myself, instead you go to a local barber and they give you a shave, massage and a general fix up all for £3.00, you can't say no to that, Imagine you have that kind of service in London, you will make a fortune..., the last evening we were there we decided to do the well known Turkish Bath, which starts of with a sauna, then a massive hairy dude comes and scrubs you down with special cloths, then they put this special foam all over you and wash you again, followed by a massage and facial, basically you come out there squeaky clean !
